Measures the distance between two points in the drawing. This tool uses the units specified in the units list on the status bar. To specify the color and font size of the dimension elements, use the Parking Display Settings tool.

To Measure a Distance:

1. On the Parking Tools toolbar, click Insert Dimension.
2. In the drawing, pick a start measurement point.
3. Move the mouse away from the start point, and then pick an end measurement point.
4. (Optional) To draw extension lines and to position the dimension arrow, move the mouse up or down.
5. Click to finish the measurement.
